Ingredients 

six very ripe bananas

Two large eggs

200g plain flour

Two tsp baking powder

One tsp ground cloves

Method

Preheat oven to 170C (gas mark 4). Mix dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.  Mash bananas and slowly mix with the eggs. Mix the wet and dry ingredients to create a batter and pour into a greased loaf tin.  bake for around an hour, checking after 45 minutes.  your cake is ready when a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
