This will take you to the  main web page .... you will see the magazine icon on the selection bar
click this and you will be taken to All copies of the magazine ,choose which one you'd like to  read and click on that issue
If you wish to read the current issue you can do this by clicking on the front cover on the main web page

If you place your curser on the corner of the front page the pages will turn. To magnify scroll to the magnify symbol ( left side


of screen ) and click then place the curser over the article that you wish to view.

To access articles with more info ...ie Sams holistic , click where it says more info here .... this will lead to a PDF which you can then download or open .
