Hello
Well there is no remedy for the pain of loss of a loved one , no quick fix  and I don't believe we ever do 'get over it 'In time the pain eases a little most days and we manage it , that is the reality for most of us. Your mum was clearly a very important part of your world and your feelings sound so normal , please allow yourself to be however you need to be and take good care of you . I  thank you for sharing here , many people write to me in confidence every day with similar feelings , sharing , knowing others feel like us can be very comforting .
